This is a great toaster with a great "retro" look. Smaller size than our last toaster so takes up less cupboard space, yet still accomodates wider pieces like bagels, muffins etc. I love the defrost function that allows frozen bread to unthaw before toasting. Crumb tray feature is great as no leakage of crumbs in the cupboard, unlike our previous toaster which had a releasable flap underneath! I would buy this toaster again, but am hoping this one will last way beyond its warranty of one year.
