Great product!

The 4 pound ball is perfect for my physical therapy exercises. The ball is soft and easy to grip while rolling on the wall for shoulder exercises.

WARNING: Don't place on wood surface

This is a great little weighted ball, works well for my physical therapy. HOWEVER, I left the ball sitting on my dresser overnight, and the surface stuck to the dresser leaving a gummy mark (see photo) that I haven't been able to fix. So be sure not to put the ball on any surface that might be damaged.
