Love hate relationship
this is a mixed review. i am on my 3rd machine over the past 5 years. each failed after about 18 months or so each. The good side is that Keurig has replaced each unit under warranty but still no statement as to why each failed. you requested i return the defective unit which i did but opinion as to why the failure and the inconvenience they caused. BUT>>>>>>>>>>>>>> i still love and use the product and the related cups

Keurig is Perfect for me
My old classic coffee machine has been a trusty staple in my life for years. I honestly cannot remember how old it is. I've been in my new home for over 6 years and I had it well before I moved, and it still works. It is making a bit of a noise at times, so I figured I had better get another one so I do not miss my coffee. I use a cup of simple vinegar to clean it from time to time, run it through the system and flush at least 3 refills of water and it is just fine. I buy my favorite coffee and use the refillable cups instead of adding to land fills and it makes a great cup of coffee every time!
