Terrific Junior Mountain Bike

"Santa" bought this for my 7yr old son. He's tall for his age and this bike fits him perfectly. The bike is definitely well-constructed, it is a bit heavy but a lot of that is simply due to the quality construction. I can say from experience, there's not many multi-gear junior mountain bikes out there - and most are over $200 when you do find them at bike shops. I looked at many of them and can't say there's much difference between this and the more expensive bikes (all seem to use Shimano gears, etc).

I purchased this bike for my Ten year old son. It was easy to put together and appears to be of high quality. You can't beat the price. My son enjoys riding it and he thinks it looks cool. He has only had it for several weeks but he wants to ride it everday. I would say it is a good first or in my sons case second bike.

Superior value

I bought this for my 8 yr. old grandson to accompany his triathlete dad (my son) on distance runs. My son felt the bicycle needed gears. 20 inch bikes in the stores don't offer that option but this was available online. I can't believe the value, which was around $135 including tax and shipping to the front door. Assembly was straightforward. Most importantly, the grandson LOVES it.
