Great for those who hate the gym LIKE ME
It has really helped tone my body. This helps you through the times you can't get out and be physical. I don't really care for going to the gym, I am not comfortable with my weight, no time, and I like being home. I was working out (during the winter) 4 days a week for 15 mins. I wasn't wanting to build a ton of muscle. I also was watch what I eat and drink.

Great product
We purchased this machine a week ago and it arrived on time. We were concerned regarding assembly as we wanted to be prepared once it arrived. I will have to say, we did not encounter too many issues when assembling this machine. The app is great to use too.

Very solid. Wasn't too had to put together for my age.
This product arrived very quickly. It was very well packaged and all parts were accounted for. It took about 1 1/2 hours to put together (I'm a woman in her 50s and I did this alone); the instructions were very clear. The elliptical is solid and works very well
