I put these in an interior room with a very nice wood floor to protect it from my new home gym. The quality was excellent, especially for the price point. In addition they seem to hold up well to heavy pieces of workout equipment (free weight equipment). I do have a piece of hard rubber over it in a small section for an ab wheel as not to potentially damage the shell finish of this flooring, but all in all an excellent product. I've been using it for a few months now and feel that it will hold up just fine.
