Needs to be taller for tall people.
The chair is to short for me. I thought a big and tall chair would be a taller than my regular office chair. If you want to lean back it is good. If you want to sit up straight it not as good. I like the wheels. The seat is soft. The lumbar area has an adjustment that forms a ball like that presses against your lumbar. The arm rest can be moved in all directions. I haven't found a way to lock the armrest in place. I think next time I will go to a store and try one before I buy one.
