Is the bike easy to assemble by myself?
Absolutely. A detailed paper manual and all tools are provided. For the simplest experience, we highly recommend watching our step-by-step assembly video on YouTube, which visually guides you through the entire process for a smooth setup.

I can't find the LCD monitor in the box. Is it included?
Yes, it is included! It's packaged in a secure compartment at the very bottom of the box, beneath all the main foam blocks. We recommend unpacking everything and checking the bottom layer carefully before disposing of any packaging materials.

One of the pedals became loose and fell off after a few uses, and now I can't screw it back on. What happened?
This is often due to incorrect installation. The pedals are labeled L and R. The right pedal tightens clockwise, but the LEFT pedal must be tightened COUNTER-CLOCKWISE. Forcing it can strip the threads. Always hand-tighten first!
