Hoosier Hill Farm Yogurt Powder, 1 lb Jar

I use this powder to add into things I'm making to add some yogurt/protein. I have not used this just to make plain yogurt to eat. I've strictly used this in the blender which works out very well for my needs. It does add a yogurt flavor and creamy texture. Because I've only used it in the blender I'm not sure how clumpy it would be outside the blender but it blends very nice. Love that it's shelf stable and comes in a durable container.

So I tend to waste yogurt when I buy it so I thought I would try out this yogurt powder due to very long shelf life. I do not use it for just a bowl of plain yogurt, I add it to my smoothies. Because I'm just adding it to my smoothies I did not use the directions on the container, I just put some powder directly into the blender with the rest of my smoothie ingredients. It blended great, added a creamy texture and some protein to my smoothie and is shelf stable, all of which I was looking for. Comes in a plastic container with a screw on lid for easy storage. Happy with the results I had.
