Love these!

I really enjoyed these! They are very easy to make, fudgey and minty like a thin mint but as a brownie instead of cookie. The frosting is like a whipped buttercream but once refrigerated it makes it a little more stiff and more like the consistency of the thin mint cookies. I liked this frosting and thought it was really good. I want to try the other flavors! I saw they have Samoa and Lemon bars. These are a great alternative to Girl Scout cookies!

Fudgy and moist

As a first time user of this brand, I have to say this is the first time I made brownies from a box and they came out thick and fudge like. It was simple to prepare and was quick to make. The batter was really thick when pouring it into the pan. The frosting was fluffy when spreading it onto the brownies. I would definitely try other products by this brand.

Just like the cookies

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. The instructions were easy to follow and didn’t take long to prep. The time consuming part is after they’re done baking. Giving time to let them cool, seemed to take forever! The results were minty freshness, just like the cookies. As we used them parchment paper, the clean up was easy and quick.
