Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Roll Muffin Cup, 12g of Protein per Serving, 2.36 oz

I really love this muffin cup and flavor (cinnamon bun) because it's not too sweet but it is good. I love that it's easy to make and gives me all the protein I need for breakfast! I always use milk (Fairlife for extra protein) because I tried with water and did not like texture. I do, however, like Kodiak flapjack mix with water instead of milk.

I didn't expect to like this one so much. A lot of what I tend to love about cinnamon rolls is the icing, which this doesn't have, of course, but this muffin cup is so good! It gives real, authentic flavor and the texture is great, as always. I often eat these cups as a dessert or breakfast sweet treat, and they help me get my extra protein in. Highly recommend.
