You will Need: 2 tablespoons water 1/2 cup vegetable oil . 2 eggs (for cakelike brownies, use 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 3 eggs): (1) Heat oven as directed in chart below grease bottom of pan. (2) Stir brownie mix, water oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. (3) Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. Betty���s Tip: To cut warm brownies, use plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Pan size: 13 inches x 9 inch; Oven Tamp: 350 degrees F; Bake Time (in minutes) (If using nonstick pan, shorten bake time by 3 minutes); 19-22; Pan size: 9 inches x 9 inch; Oven Tamp: 320 degrees F; Bake Time (in minutes) (If using nonstick pan, shorten bake time by 3 minutes); 33-36; Pan size: 8 inches x 8 inch; Oven Tamp: 325 degrees F; Bake Time (in minutes) (If using nonstick pan, shorten bake time by 3 minutes); 49-52. I really like the slightly smaller size on this item. It only needs 2 eggs , 2 TBSP water and 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Theese Betty Crocker brownies tasted so good, and the amount they made was just right for dessert, with icream and hot fudge on top. Made in the mini cast iron cook and serve 6 inch pans (skillet cookie gift) and mini size coccotte with the lid off.
