I have worn Turbie Twists after my showers for many years. They're the perfect size and weight to absorb some of the extra water from my wet hair before blowing it dry. The elastic loops on my older Turbie Twists have gotten stretched out over time, so I wanted a new one with a tighter elastic loop. The actual color of the one I ordered said "pink," in the listing, even though a yellow one is shown in the picture. I was happy about that, since I prefer pink over yellow. Turns out the "pink" color of the Turbie Twist I received is closer to purple than pink. It's still a very pretty color, so I don't mind at all. I just thought it was odd that it was listed as pink when it looks like a creamy purple color to me. I noticed that the size of my new Turbie Twist seems a bit larger than my old ones. Perhaps the manufacturer is allowing for it to accommodate more hair, since a lot of females have long hair (which I don't). It's not a problem, since I can just twist the tail as many times as I need to in order to secure it in the attached loop at the end. I'm just pointing it out for reference, since some women might be interested to know that it seems like it can hold more hair than older Turbie Twists. It's still just as soft and stretchy as my older Turbie Twists, and the material is very absorbant. I'm very happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend it to others. It's so much more comfortable to wear on my head than a heavy bath towel that ends up leaning to one side and falling off due to the excess weight. The Turbie Twist is very lightweight, and doesn't cause my neck to hurt from supporting it! I'm sure this will last me many years, as my others have. I am including a picture of the Turbie Twist that I received, but the color isn't quite the same in the picture as it is in real life. It's actually a tiny bit darker in real life than how it appears in the picture.

This is my third towel. They really do dry your hair so you get less time with the blow dryer. They will have to be replaced - they lose their ability to dry. But they last a while depending on how often you wash your hair. I have used them on long hair and short. Worth the money.
