This tape is fantastic. It has saved me, my friends, and family a boatload of pain. That's right, sharing is caring! I have primarily used this on my first Spartan trifecta, particularly the beast and super. I'm no longer as young as I once was, so some of my joints are a bit jangly and need reminding on their proper movement pattern. This works wonders on knees and ankles for a bit of extra support. I have used it on both, and love the level of support and secure adhesive. My buddy who ran the trifecta with me used it for support on one of his ankles that had a history of injury, and he credits the tape with saving him from SERIOUSLY hurting himself on one of the big downhill sections of our beast run. Another friend who ran the super with me used this to relieve her plantar fasciitis pan, and is now a loyal customer due to the results. My wife has used it to support an ailing wrist, with great results. All of us have tried other tapes before and been disappointed. I can't say enough good things about this product!

The six roles of tape are extremely well packed. The manufacturer ships it in a black padded envelope. Very fancy. The tape is very sticky and adheres to itself very well. In fact, it's a little hard to get it unstuck from itself. So, it should stay in place when taping before any athletic activity. Even though it sticks well to itself, it's very comfortable on the skin. No irritation. It also has stretch to it. in addition, it's very easy to tear by hand. It's very good tape.
