This is a great option for anyone looking at a good value, good looking spa. It was easy to set up and took a day to get up to temperature. Put it on a homemade insulation slab and used 120mm insulation in the cover which works well. The temperature holds well with these additions. The sides are pleasingly solid. I looked at alternative including Canadian spa but having used those you have to kneel or squat awkwardly. I also don't like the hardness of solid spas. In the garda, I can lie down fully submerged which I love. We fit all four of the family in this with loads of room. I had some issues with the heater initially but this was picked up and returned within a week. Really recommend this, I think it's a great option for the price point.

Myself and my adult son put the hot tub together. It did take longer than 20 minutes but was fairly easy overall. But once the water was in it the polls kept on popping undone and after about a day the heating didn’t work. With messages backwards and forwards to the support team, I found out that the heating wouldn’t work if the ground was not level and I think the weight of the water was making the polls come undone one side. So I had to buy some more mats to go underneath and bring up the hot tub one side, about a good inch. Once that was done, the heating and the hot tub worked perfectly And it’s a very nice addition to have in my garden. It would help somewhere if it was explained that the ground needs to be absolutely level and not even an inch out. But on the whole it was a very good buy.
