I am still buying the download version and am happy with it. I am not a tax expert, so for the most part, the software has the answers I need. I am looking forward to their AI being more robust. I had a couple of issues that I had to seek answers for outside of the software (TT thread and chat).

Good but needs work...

Simple and easy to use but honestly Turbotax was easier to use. Main problem was every time I restarted the problem it showed the previous filled items were blank though I could still bring up the last page I worked on and continue the form. Just kind of nerve racking at first as I thought I would have to start all over again. Other than that the form was still pretty simple to use.

Needs Work

Bought after bad experience with TurboTax, hoping for a better product. So far, just average. I had to send my return out with an outstanding caution because your programers appear to have made assumptions that do not hold up to reality, with no way for the user to correct them. Also, loading the software, doing my return and attempting to send, it suddenly decided it was not up to date and it had to do that before I could finish sending.
