The hardest part was letting it sit for several hours to let it fluff. It's great for a family room and my teenagers (and dog) love it. It's cozy, firm but also somewhat soft. It's best to lay down and lounge on it. Two people could fit but it's much more comfortable as a one person seat.

I bought it for a dining room turned sitting area but now that I have it in place it doesn’t seem right for this particular room. So it’s going at the end of my daughter’s bed - it will make a great glorified cat bed. The 4 cats have already claimed it. I would buy it again - no regrets at all. Comes vacuum packed in a relatively moderate size box - easy to unpack. Just remove the layers of plastic and it pops out fully assembled. Love the material and the color (blue). I have purchased several pieces of furniture from WM - no regrets for any. And no issues. Enjoy!
