Soft and very comfortable. It expanded fully in about an hour after opening, which was faster than I expected. Setup was super easy, just unpack and let it expand. My cat loves it too and claimed it right away. A convenient and cozy loveseat overall.

The hardest part was letting it sit for several hours to let it fluff. It's great for a family room and my teenagers (and dog) love it. It's cozy, firm but also somewhat soft. It's best to lay down and lounge on it. Two people could fit but it's much more comfortable as a one person seat.

Packaging is good. There was no damage at all. And very easy to unpack. It only takes a few minutes for the sofa to be back to shape. Surface is very soft and comfortable. Size is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Very good for a lovely room.

The seller provides excellent value for money with their products and pays close attention to post-purchase customer service.

I bought it for a dining room turned sitting area but now that I have it in place it doesn’t seem right for this particular room. So it’s going at the end of my daughter’s bed - it will make a great glorified cat bed. The 4 cats have already claimed it. I would buy it again - no regrets at all. Comes vacuum packed in a relatively moderate size box - easy to unpack. Just remove the layers of plastic and it pops out fully assembled. Love the material and the color (blue). I have purchased several pieces of furniture from WM - no regrets for any. And no issues. Enjoy!

Love this little couch...comfy and great for small spaces!

Beautiful couch and a great addition to my sunroom.

I was surprised how compact the package was when it arrived. It was easy to set up, just pull it out of the box and cut the plastic off, then watch it expand. Save any negative feedback for a couple days. The instructions say 2 hours after the expansion begins it's at full size, not so in my case. I was disappointed after 2 hours. There were still wrinkles in the fabric and not much back support. Everything firmed up after a couple days. There is still a wrinkle in the front left side near the arm. This is better used in a bedroom or somewhere other than the living room. There is just not enough back support for everyday use. Its very cozy for the cats, they love it. The seat is very comfortable, they stretch out on it and sleep through the night. I don't regret the purchase, just don't expect too much.

The back height is only 24". The photo and specs indicate it should be 29.92" That was one main reason for my purchase. After more than a week, it never fully expanded, leaving it lopsided. I contacted COOLHUT, and they refused to take ownership of the defective sofa and refused to pick up for credit. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER 😕
