When I received the scooter we didn't connect the wire inside the handles, therefore I thought that it didn't %26 was ready to send it back. Customer service was great %26 responded right away. As I began to package it up I saw what I did wrong oops. Now I'm so so happy with it. I get my mail with it, go the neighborhood park, our convenient store etc. I highly recommend it.
