LOVE IT!

So pleased with this scooter. Picked this particular model for several reasons: very comfortable seat; shocks; tires with extra good tread; head light %26 tail light; easily wall-charged; bell and basket; included tool kit. Expect that it makes no noise (even when it's turned on) until you actually accelerate. I have not tested it to see if it actually does make it 20 miles on a single charge. Would purchase again. I do agree with the reviews that say its instructions leave a lot to be desired and that it is slightly challenging to assemble. And an average person will NOT be able to just pick it up and throw it in the trunk of a vehicle since it weighs around 70 pounds, and there is no room for a pet to ride on the foot rest. They might fit in the basket if they are secured in their own very small carrier. If you have not ridden a scooter before, practice with it in a large, open area first. It does take some adjustment to drive it carefully and safely.
