Deluxe Trash Can

Expensive but it's solid %26 well designed. It keeps the fruit flies %26 other unwanted visitors from dining in our house. Their dimensions can be miss leading. The 30 Liter unit measures about 36 1/2" in the full open position. Our under the countertop distance is 34 1/2". I glued some thin foam on the underneath section of the countertop and the lid opening works fine for us, without banging the countertop.

This simplehuman trash can is a winner! It is so easy to use because of the smart tilting feature on the inner can which enables easy lifting out of full bags and inserting a new bag easily. Once it's inserted, there is space to secure and hide each trash bag so that it doesn't spill out over the edge of the can. The can even comes with a complimentary package of 10 liners to get you started. Plus, it looks terrific!
