Followed easy directions to erect. Mounted the steel structure on a 4x4 pressure treated foundation, anchored to the gravel. Third shelter on my acreage and find that secures the structure firmly to the ground. Assembles myself in a day including preparing the pressure treated 4x4 lumber on either side. Requires two people to pull the canvass over the frame.

This shed is used amoung a grove of tress in Eastern Pennsylvania to allow work on a trailered 8-1/2' wide x 24' long sailboat over winter. The interior temperature of the building elevates to 20 degrees warmer than outside in daylight due to the solar heating of the gray fabric. The interior is also illuminated by ambient sunshine. There were no problems with our significant 2009-2010 winter season snow load or wind. From the start, I replaced the supplied corner stakes with 1" x 3' galv pipe and threaded fitting ends to secure it all to the earth better than intended. This shed gives me a generous space for a multitude of projects and the enclosed solar-heated climate allows even fiberglass work and comfortable working conditions through the mid-Atlantic winter. In Summer, large roll up ends allow through-ventilation and shady work on an 8' tall Dodge Sprinter and other toys. The rollup door cords could be more resistant to abrasion, as wind moves the building rollup ends some on the ground. The structure itself is as stable as you could hope for. I erected the building alone but with two guys would be better for standing the structure up. I used a pneumatic ratchet to aid in assembling the numerous steel tubing sections. All pieces fit well and went together without a hitch. I added flourescent lighting in the ceiling and also hang three kayaks from there - year round - admittedly increasing the roof loading somewhat. Hardware was good and plentiful. I never installed the supplied gable end vents as I prefer to retain winter's solar heat. I added a floor made of heavy used greenhouse plastic and has made the building dust dry. The floor is held at the edges by lumber scrap and bricks. I suppose the best endorsement I can give is that this building is so coveted by my friend, that he will order his own within the next week. My building has aged two years and it has been a fantastic deal for the money. The fabric cover is holding up well; the structure is like new. The rollup doors at the end are the only part that is showing any slight wear and that is more than acceptable. What are you waiting for?
