That I was greatly disappointed Because I was so excited to have a couch in my new house the shipping and time it took to get the couch was impressive. I was happy about that because I have to go back to work in two days and I will be gone for three weeks, however I unpacked and be careful unwrapping it. The couch springs with full force will knock you over knock things over anyway the couch is severely deformed the pieces you put them together. They don't even look like the same type one slanted downhill the other one never fully expanded and I did everything to detail to prep and do the process correctly. Besides, it hasn't been a full 48 hours but the one piece we got the day before is the one severely deformed and slanted downhill and that has been 48 hours. The material looks to be dirty used maybe very wrinkled and loose fitting. I like the concept of these couches that's why I ordered them but no one that I've seen look like these that's for sure not trying to get my money back or get paid. I just wanted a nice couch for $700. They can keep it just being honest thanks.
