My wife and I had been shopping for ebikes for about a month. After understanding local and state laws (Florida) we decided to purchase a set of 27.5 Core Step Over ActBest ebikes. Best decision ever! Delivery was prompt with all contents in it's place. Assembly was quick, with easy to complete assembly directions. Full disclosure, i had watch the assembly instruction video atleast 5 times before the bikes' early arrival. Being in our early 50's, we wanted to find a mix of pedal assist and throttle. After proper setup with seat and handle bar positioning, we could not be more happy with our purchase so far. Thank you ActBest, great product. We would recommend this brand/model to anyone looking for a well built commuter/light trail ebike with range very close as advertised. Our only regret is not taking the leap sooner!

Bike is very cheaply made. Bike seat broke causing me to fly over the handlebars, chain protector broke shorty after. Chain comes off at least once a ride. Although the battery life and speed are amazing, take it from me- it isn't an accident waiting to happen. It is what degree will the accident be?
