I love this! My back pain is severe and I use heat and massage to lessen the pain. But this means I was confined to a chair near an electrical outlet so I could plug in both the heating pad and massager. This unit applies both heat and massage and I can move around, letting me do simple housework and heat up food for my meals. Perfect! This comes with one battery and it lasts a long time. But because I use mine so much, I bought two more batteries that were very inexpensive and allow me to wear this all day. I highly recommend this for back pain relief.
