portable AC unit has been setup and running for 2 months with no issues. when I first started this unit, there was a noise from the fan inside. the noise went away soon after. I think the fan wore into the housing, eliminating the noise. so far this AC unit is doing it's job. installing the exhaust hose and window mounting (my window is a slider and fairly tall) went in easily without a hitch.

i unpacked and its missing the main hose connector to the AC so i cant use it, i called Walmart they say return or call manufacturer i called manufacturer they were no help just return, i just wanted the missing part but no, so i didn't want to have to take it to Walmart its heavy, im still looking on Amazon for the part i tried once it didn't work so trying again. so frustrating when it was 100 out and i couldn't use the AC. very frustrated and they dont help.

The only thing about this item for me is that the vent system is not enough to blow out the air. The piece that goes on the window for air is a little to bulky and makes it a little difficult to install on the window frame. I need a bigger unit for the room I wanted for. Other than that the unit is good.
