I had a crappy 'gaming' chair that was killing my back. I looked into other chairs and wanted a mesh chair with some lumbar support. Herman Miller chairs are way too expensive, so I looked into options and found this one. I was worried that since it was even cheaper than the gaming chair I got before that it wouldn't be very good. I'm glad I bought this chair. It's well made, looks nice, wasn't hard to put together, and most importantly my back pain is gone. I can sit in this chair for hours without any aches and pains. Very comfortable and sturdy. Worth the price, for sure.

This chair is one of the few office chairs you can find with a mesh vs cushion seat, which is specifically what the wife wanted. It was super easy to put together and looks great. Seat adjusts front to back as well as up and down. The lumbar area is adjustable to provide more or less support. The arms can be adjusted up/down and the pads also rotate side to side and forward/back - although this mechanism is a little too loose [they move unintentionally with little pressure]. The only issue is she is 5'6" and her feet on the lowest setting are about an inch off the floor. We thought about replacing the chair lift cylinder [it is 8.5" at its lowest, 11.5" at its highest]. She found that increasing lumbar support moved her a little forward in the seat so her feet are closer to the ground now.

Extremely well built. Serta is known worldwide. %26 after several attempts had to return the previous office chairs. Models that were on Amazon that almost came came close - they were double the price. First off when assembling the Serta. Every part was excellent- and the construction was very precise. With each component matching — and when assembling each component fit perfectly.- no wobbles - no need to adjust. Interesting when compared with much pricier medals like their Serta Excutive costing $278 this chair has the same bones.. -it wasn't wrapped in P.U leather. Mesh is much lighter so the frame was high end %26 heavier. Their was no scrimping with this model..In fact it looks like a Steel Chair . Very high end looking and pictures do not do it Justice- my wife commented how good looking the Serta is.. I purchased their gray model for $99 dollars. The adjustable components- wow they are fantastic where one can customize the perfect fit which adjusts exactly as advertised- and as fore mentioned— no component wobbles - is loose - with a perfect alignment- structurally solid. A chair like this one —- easily competes with $500 dollar chairs.
