Bumblebee tuna pouches are a genius product. Just the right volume for one, the macros can't be beat and for someone who is a weight loss surgery patient, it keeps me on track with healthy eating. Life is too busy and sometimes planning meals and snacks falls short. I keep several packs in my lunch cooler bag along with a spoon and I can even zip these open when I'm stuck in Dallas traffic (nothing like it!) and it's a much healthier and filling option than a protein bar.

Tasty and Convenient

I have tried almost all the tuna flavors, and the Mediterranean Herbs %26 Spices is my basic choice. You can eat it from the pouch, or add your own ingredients to it. It is flavorful, but not overwhelming. It is enough for one person -- a good sandwich or just a nutritious snack. Personally, I do drain the water from the pouch and add a spoonful of mayonnaise. The pouches are more expensive than canned tuna, but very convenient and tasty. If you are an older person, this is an easy way to get some quick nutrition.
