24/2.6oz GV Chunk Light Tuna - Hot Buffalo Style - Cayenne Pepper HOT SAUCE

I always loved buffalo chicken in a pouch, but my store quit carrying it a few years ago. I ended up trying buffalo tuna. It sounded awful, but I was desperate. I like to put it in macaroni and cheese or I mix it with cream cheese and scoop it up with tortilla chips. It turns out, buffalo tuna isn't half bad and I've been using it for a few years now. They were out of stock last week in the brand I usually buy, so it was Great Value or nothing. I was worried about the quality because it was generic, but I needn't have worried. It was really good. It was actually better than the name brand because it has the MSC certification and the name brand doesn't. I will definitely buy this again!

I wasn't sure I'd like this BBQ flavor since I don't care much for BBQ sauce; however, I quite liked this product. Had just a bit of zing, but not overly spicy. It's not really "hot" as the product title says, just a bit spicy, quite like eating mild pepperoncini peppers (which I like in salads). Not an overwhelming BBQ sauce flavor, but enough to add flavor. Wet enough to spread, but not too wet to make the bread soggy. Right-sized portion for making a sandwich. Will keep this on my grocery wish list to buy again.
