Got this during a big state move.. (so.. stressful timing!) assembly was a bit of a pain, and it came with rotten/damaged parts.. but my husband and his buddy were already in the thick of assembly. We hoped the parts wouldn't be that much of a problem, especially not immediately after assembly.. but once our kids finally slept on it, we realized it wouldn't work for them. One, the damaged wood was too much of a hazard.. two, our oldest (top bunk) is on the spectrum and when they cry, the whole bed moved. (Likely due to the damaged parts it came with.) I reached out to the seller to discuss how the return process would go, trying to avoid any further hassle. The sellers made the situation more than right. 10/10 for customer service. Hoping our damaged parts were just a fluke because this would be a great set up otherwise! The kids loved it immediately after assembling.. just wish the circumstances had been different from the beginning.
