Please note that warranty claims are subject to product assessment and testing on receipt of the Spa. Any issues with the control unit are covered for 12 months, subject to using the spa correctly. The Shell has 6 months warranty and will bereplaced if it has a puncture due to a manufacturing fault. However, we are not responsible for any damage or failure caused by use or improper use. For any warranty claim, please contact our after service care team, we suggest you send videos or fault pictures to our service mailbox and with your product detais, so that our service team can help you in a timely and efficient way. Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided and due to hygiene reasons if Spa’s need to be returned, they must be returned cleaned & dry, then pack carefully according to the original packaging to ensure that all accessories are complete (if they are complete). After receiving the returned package, RELXTIME service center will check the product to confirm the validity of the refund. regardless of the type of the warranty claim. Please note if the spa has to be returned to the after service company, then within one month of purchase the courier cost will be paid by the after service company, if after one month the customer will need to send the spa to them. Failure to follow instructions provided with the Spa, will void the warranty. Please note that damage / rips & tears to the material are not covered however a repair kit is included and replacement repair kits are available online.

Easy to use spa
We really enjoyed the blow up spa. Very easy to assemble.. It fills itself with air. Took maybe a half hour to fill with water. Heated up in 24 hours from cold hose water. We added a canopy with lights, and also purchased the underwater light for this spa. We also added blow up insert to keep the heat in, and we added a waterproof thick mat underneath to also hole heat and for added comfort.
