Great product - ordering easy, had direct contact with customer service - delivered in record time!!!! BUT - unit was damaged in shipping, not Walmart or suppliers problem- AC housing was cracked / damaged. Shipped back thru Walmart- no hassles at all. Today I got confirmation that purchase was credited back to credit card. I rated at a 4 star only because of shipping damage.
