Excellent home gym with versatile exercises
This is third Total Gym I have purchased over the last 30 years. I appreciate the versatility and range of exercises available. This FIT anniversary edition came with some extra exercise attachments. The dip bars are my new favorite. Having a home gym takes some self-discipline and motivation, but I much prefer it over going to a to a gym that can be sometimes crowded and full of inconsiderate people. I highly recommend this or one of their other models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my Total Gym Fit. I have thought about purchasing one for a very long time and finally decided to go for it. As I approach my 60th birthday, I want to do be stronger and more flexible. I have a host of issues that have prevented me from doing many typical gym activities; neck surgery being the main one. I also am not a fan of standing squats. Total Gym makes everything so much less hard on my knees and neck. That is a godsend to me! I love that I have options for exercises so I don't need to put strain on my neck to get the results. I have been at it for 6 weeks, every other day and this is the first time I can honestly say I look forward to exercising. While I have not noticed a change in the overall look of my body, I definitely feel stronger and have already raised the incline and added more reps to my sets. I truly wish I had purchased a Total Gym sooner!
