Far better than other office chairs in this price range. The seat cushion is super thick, and the chair is comfortable. It's hard to say how long the suede will last, but I'm sure it'll last longer than the cheap faux or bonded leather most of these chairs are made from. Assembly was easy with no missing pieces, and instructions were accurate. I bought this because I was tired of bonded leather chairs coming apart after a few years. Have only had it a few weeks, but so far so good. It seems sturdier than my last chair and won't flake off like bonded leather. This is the only chair I could find that wasn't bonded/faux leather that wasn't incredibly expensive. It's wider than most office chairs. This probably helps with comfort, but I found it barely fits through the office door. The rocking tension is adjustable, but the knob is difficult to access while you're on the chair. Otherwise, no complaints.
