Good product so far.

So far the only issue is the fact it came with no directions. It has a small manual to tell you what each item is but the how it goes together or how to set it up is non existent. The actual hot tub itself seems to be made well the time from full to temp is all of about 3/ 4 hrs. The size is perfect for our back porch. It can't fit 4 adults without sitting on top of each other or touching. 2 adults have more than enough room. All and all seems to be a good product so far. We use a dog pen to keep our dogs off of it as well which works great.

Just wanted a basic hot tub to fit on a small side patio out of the yard from my little dogs. Have had it since spring about May and it works great has work great to date!No problems and haven't had to change anything. I gave it a 4/5 because the jets are not strong and the fill line is low but for the price I enjoy then bubbles and heat it has on my aches and pains of a bad hip. Perfect for the price! Also I'm only 5'4” so someone taller may not like it! It is not for more than one person comfortably. Always just me! We chose the shape for the patio and that was perfect.
