Perfect for my cardio workout

I wear it around my ankles while walking the treadmill on the highest incline for the first 30 minutes and it makes walking the next 30 minutes a lot easier when I take them off. I can definitely feel the difference. It also extremely comfortable and fits perfectly. You can adjust the weight by removing the triangles. The Velcro is very comfortable and has a strong hold. I'm definitely satisfied with this purchase.
