Laura Mercier Eye Brow Pencil Ash Blonde 1.17g/0.04oz

Years of aggressive plucking (remember the ‘70s, anyone?), followed by menopause and thyroid problems, have left me with about half an eyebrow. Laura Mercier brow pencil allows me to create a natural looking brow using fine strokes and the built-in spoolie brush provides the perfect finish. The formulation is the perfect blend of color and texture, soft enough to blend but still very long-lasting. I love the Ash Blonde shade for graying hair - it's so flattering, not harsh at all. I also appreciate the inclusion of a sharpener- even some high-end brands have stopped doing that. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have heavy highlighted light brown hair since I'm trying to cover grey, but was a brunette. My brows are black in color like my lashes. No red tones. It's hard to find a good brow pencil that is neutral in color as in no reddish tones in it or yellow tones as well as you can see when testing brow pencils. I own many brow products tried them all being in my 60's and know what to look for. The Dark blonde shade is an ashy like taupe. It is not harsh with zero warm or red or yellow tones. Love it! I had the blonde and it was great as well but wanted a new one that was a wee bit darker. It has a smooth glide and lasts. It fills in my getting to be sparse brows as I age.If you want to look natural which finally is the things now thank goodness this brow pencil is for you - applying more pressure can deepen and a lighter hand can make it lighter like many pencils so it's easy and sharpens well. People with light brows and darker brows can use this shade again b/c it's ashy and more cool and just really looks natural. I'm over the fake tattooed look I see on TV and all over.
