I have arthritis in both of my knees and I am a bartender. So I'm standing for 8 hours or more a day. I have tried every brace etc. for relief of pain and nothing worked. When I discovered kt tape my life changed. It gives me tge support I need and I can leave it in for 3 to 5 days at a time, even in the shower. Kt tape is amazing!

First time user

I received the Mueller Kinesiology Tape, Precut I-Strip Roll (20 strips) in blue. I had never used kinesiology tape before, so I was a little intimidated by this at first. I'm glad it came with paper directions to show what it can be used for. This tape can be used to help someone with achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, back pain, and carpal tunnel. I get shin splints regularly from running, so decided I would give this kinesiology thing a try on my next run! I read the directions carefully, but I still felt I needed extra help, so I was able to go on YouTube and find a video showing me how to use this tape for shin splints. This actually worked for me! I began researching more uses for this product and it is very versatile. I also learned that this tape can help runners with flat feet (like me), I'm going to try it for that next! I am very satisfied with this product and I will continue to research it's uses.

This product works

I tried this product for the first time. I have back daily back pain. I applied to my mid back section. The tape immobilized the area giving that area time to relax and relieved some pain. Then I found an addition use for this product. My dog was biting at the pads on his one paw. I cleaned the paw, put antibiotic cream and then wrapped it with the tape. After a few minutes of tell my pup to leave it, he has not tried to bite the tape off. That is success! To remove, it just peals right off, no pulling on the skin or irritation to the skin. Great product.. will use again amd again!
