Not Good!
Excited when bag arrived in Jan. which I had ordered for a trip in March, I just returned from this trip and this piece of luggage is not what I expected. One of the wheels would not roll which made it hard to pull through the airport, I have a bad shoulder which made dealing with this bag even more difficult. The non rolling wheel is worn flat where I had to pull it on the concrete and other surfaces plus now it looks like a layer of that wheel is ready to come off like a recapped tire. The extend bar to roll the bag with is extremely loose and wobbly feels like it is going to come apart. The storage room is great which was the main reason for me ordering this product. Has so many compartments which were useful, but if all bags are like this one I cannot recommend.
