My family always loves to do a fish fry and I love that this breading mix comes in a 5.75 lb bottle instead of having to keep buying so many of the little bags, it's so much more convenient. It breads the fish real nice, has great flavor and gives the fish a good crisp after frying. I love that the container seals up tight to keep it fresh.

This by far the best fish fry I have bought and all you do is put in a zip lock bag add you seafood, fish, shrimp, oyster's, etc. no seasoning is needed its all ready seasoned. Fry on 350 degrees and eat well.
