Verified Purchase

We received this bed missing two essential components needed for assembly — both pistons and both support brackets. These parts are specialty items and cannot be replaced with standard third‑party hardware. I've attempted to contact Orien Life Furniture, the seller, as well as Harper %26 Bright, but have had no success. Orien has not responded at all, and the email that Harper %26 Bright provided (with no phone number listed) returns as undeliverable.
