The Shell has 6 months warranty and will be replaced if it has a puncture due to a manufacturing fault. However, we are not responsible for any damage or failure caused by use or improper use. For any warranty claim, please contact our after service care team, we suggest you send videos or fault pictures to our service mailbox and with your product details, so that our service team can help you in a timely and efficient way. Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided and due to hygiene reasons if Spa’s need to be returned, they must be returned cleaned & dry, then pack carefully according to the original packaging to ensure that all accessories are complete (if they are complete).
