Likes, each control has a timer associated with the number setting so you don't burn anything you can keep track of the setting for each product, toast, bagel, english muffin, frozen waffles, etc. Dislike, I have yet to find a toaster that will accept Pepperidge Farm thin sliced bread, they slip inro the side of the grate and you have to unplug toaster and try to use a fork to get them out so don't use for thin sliced bread, other than that I give it a 10
