This took longer than I thought it would in the microwave. I would thaw it next time to be quicker. The flavor was really good. Smoky with a hint of the pineapple. I made them into street tacos. It says 3 servings but this would probably only feed one person maybe two.

The Chicken Al Pastor is easy to make. The chicken comes raw and the almost homemade meal is tasty. The al pastor sauce had the right spices. I made some rice to eat with it but tortilla would be the prefer accompaniment.
