Soft-pink color. Pretty, but arrived damaged.

Pretty color. Bike was well protected in the box except for back fender area. There was no protection there and it arrived with the fender dented in that unprotected area. Chat customer service did offer to replace but may not receive replacement in time for Christmas. No reduction in price offered. Will keep, but disappointed.

what a nightmare bike was missing parts. they offered a refund, they never did the refund. called 10 times within a week. they kept telling me lies i sent the bike back, and they sent a replacement. but delivered to the wrong place. i will be doing business elsewhere. these workers they hire are a few French fries short of a happy meal never again
