This spa is very durable and easy to set up. While took 24 hours to heat to 103, the night time temp was below 40, so it was not unexpected. The sides are very sturdy and the cover fits snugly and we had no problems during high winds of a spring storm. Great value for the money.

Recommend, yes and no. Gift to husband. Setup somewhat easy. Base pad was most timely like putting a large puzzle together. Hose at base of pump was kinked but had no issue yet. Tub being used daily. Worried about depth being too shallow but not a problem. Glad I chose larger design. Loses a lot of heat quickly with bubbles on, especially during winter. Husband had questions with some trouble shooting and called number in paperwork which is wrong. It was an angry private resident getting all calls! If we have any problem who do we contact? If you are confident in flying solo without a contact, go for it. We paid full price and it was on sale a month later, oh well. Would have given a much higher rating if we had customer support and a help line.
