1. Download the app from the app store, available for Android and IOS users.
2. Once the application is installed and opened on your connected device, enable Bluetooth on your phone. Open the application and click on the Select Device button at the top to connect the internal Bluetooth. If the Bluetooth doesn't show up after inputting, click on the reload button and try again.
3. If you encounter difficulties during the installation drivers or use, please feel happy to contact us for a solution.
⚠️Note:
1. Hello, if the device Bluetooth is not found, you can follow the steps below to search again:
(1) Restart the printer to ensure it is not connected to other devices.
(2) Make sure the phone Bluetooth is turned on.
(3) Please turn on GPS (location information) in the phone settings and enable location permissions in the app permissions. Please click on the device in the app's My Devices list to connect. Thank you!
2. This printer is only suitable for thermal paper and cannot be use for normal paper printing.
3. Bluetooth connection does not work when used on laptops and PCs. You need to install the PC driver on your laptop or PC, and Then connect the printer and laptop with the Type C cable.

I Enjoy the Convention!!!
This printer has the convenience of a full-size printer. The only thing that you're really missing is the copy printer paper versus thermal paper. So, if there's something very important to you, you may want to try and printed it off on the regular copy paper. But as I have read regarding thermal paper, it's supposed to have a life expectancy of at least 10 years. I guess I'll see as long as I'm around for the extra 10 years. (LOL)
