Super easy installation! We've only had it a couple days; took it about 24 hours to heat up but it was pretty cold outside. We love it so far! Very relaxing and soothing for tired muscles! We did buy the foam tiles from a local hardware store to put underneath to give some extra padding….worked great!

Easy to setup, comfortable. Bubbles are nice. Takes 24 hrs to heat up but says 104 actually the temp is only 102. I have this setup in a hot tub room attached to the home with heat and air, I was shocked at how long it took to heat up and how quickly it loses heat when cover is off. Water evaporates rather quickly. Overall after 3 days good product for the price but most likely will not buy another one. I assumed it would have at least came with a chemical starter kit and or skimmer. This would not be good for outside if you have cold winters. I live in the Midwest but as stated I keep it inside. Roomier than expected and also padded very well on bottom.
