The device performs well.It takes around 40 minutes to create, is a little noisy, which I don't enjoy, but I can live with that.The canister got stuck or became frozen and I had to force it out, but I succeeded.Overall, this is a fantastic machine and investment because the ice creams available today contain terrible ingredients that no one should give their family.Additionally, you are required to include Xanthan gum to every recipe in the recipe booklet; just so you know.Hope this is helpful.

The recipe booklet that is included includes a requirement for "xantham gum" in every recipe.When I Googled it, I learned that it's a form of fermented thickener, not the best thing overall because it can cause diarrhoea as a side effect.Additionally, I did a lot of web research on ice cream recipes and discovered that egg yolk is a far superior binder because it is all-natural.I suppose one might also use some maize starch or something similar.Once I've used the machine a few times, I'll report back.On the plus side, it was properly wrapped and delivered quickly.I'm eager to put this new toy to the test and may upgrade my stars thereafter. The tub is modest, so unless you have a large freezer, do not order if you plan to serve a large number of people.I used it, and it is a fantastic machine.Amazing ice cream was produced without the use of xanthan gum.While reducing the amount of milk, I added two egg yolks.came out beautifully.fantastic stuffI would advise against reading the recipe manual, though.It seems better to Google.
