Not bad but could use some improvement

This isn't a bad snowblower. I only had to use it once since getting it. My previous PowerSmart snowblower stopped working and the company doesn't like to keep parts in stock. I was told for just a cable or a gasket, it could take 3 months to get. Pretty pointless when the snow would be gone by then. I started looking for another snowblower and found this one. I was skeptical, but saw this one has a Briggs %26 Stratton motor. That's what pulled me in a little. Then I saw it has a light and heated hand grips. That got my attention more. When it arrived, I set it up and was able to use it the same night. The only two downfalls for me are the hand grips don't get very warm and the clicking when using the levers and rotating the chute. Other than that, it powered through about a foot of wet heavy snow with a layer of ice. I was a little frustrated at first when putting it together, there were cotter pins missing. I found them laying inside the box. Other than these minor issues/annoyances, it's a decent snowblower.
